RETURNS:

• 7-day return window for defective items only
• Contact us immediately via the online contact form and we will assist you
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Approved returns are subject to 10% restocking fee
• Sale items, promotional items, clearance items are not eligible.
• Certain items, as indicated on the item listing, are not returnable

 

• Items must be unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. This includes items appearing worn, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of fragrances or odors, or with animal hair.
